1. The BioBiz Platform
BioBiz provides a premium mobile storefront service. By using our platform, you agree to create and maintain professional business profiles that comply with our community standards and applicable local laws.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the services, products, and information displayed on your BioBiz storefront. Any transactions or bookings made between you and your customers via WhatsApp or external payment links are your responsibility.
3. Payments & Fees
For premium features, we use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. By upgrading to a Pro plan, you agree to their terms of service and our subscription billing cycles. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
4. Brand Attribution
Free tier users agree to the placement of a 'Powered by BioBiz' attribution badge on their public storefront. Removal of this branding requires an active Pro subscription.
5. Limitations of Liability
BioBiz is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any business losses, downtime, or disputes between storefront owners and their end customers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms.
